Physio Led Pilates / Yoga
Clinical Pilates/yoga classes for all abilities and ages run by a chartered physiotherapist.
These sessions use adapted postures and movements of both Pilates and yoga in a safe and effective way. Classes designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and posture, which can lead to a reduction in pain and discomfort. Clinical Pilates/yoga also emphasise proper breathing techniques and relaxation, which can help reduce stress and anxiety.

– Thursdays 6:30-7:15pm
– Fridays 10:00-11:00am
